Do You Provide Free Quotes?
The price of your roofing project will be determined by the size, length, and pitch of
your roof and guttering.
You can send us the plans of your project by email or post or request a meeting on site and we will provide you with a free quote normally within a few days of your enquiry.
Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Product?
We use the highest quality materials for your roofing project, which have been manufactured by Bluescope Steel, which is Australian-made and carries a warranty.
Only BlueScope Steel offers warranty against corrosion to perforation by weathering in the natural elements for a period of up to 30 years from the date of installation. BlueScope Steel also warrants that the paint system on COLORBOND® steel will not flake or peel due to natural weathering for a period of up to 20 years from the date of installation.

What Guarantees Do You Offer?
We provide you with a Certificate of Compliance from the Plumbing Industry Commission upon completion of all work valued over $750.00.
We also insure your roofing works with up to $5,000,000 of Public Liability insurance, which is underwritten by QBA.
Only licensed roof plumbers can issue you with a Plumbing Industry Commission Certificate of Compliance and only a licensed roof plumber can cover your roofing works with the appropriate public liability insurance for the job.

How Long Will My Roofing Works Last?
For a standard residential dwelling and from the first day of installation, depending on weather conditions, it should not take more than 5 days for a new metal roof or up to 7 days if it is a reroofing where we are replacing an existing roof.
What Happens If the Weather Conditions Suddenly Change and It Rains While Works Are Undergoing?
As Melbourne weather can be very unpredictable, we are always checking in the weather forecast. We use the most updated technology to keep us informed on the weather conditions and anticipate the possibility of rain.
Once your roofing project has been commenced, we remove a small section of your existing roof at a time and replace the area with your new metal roof so that your home is never completely exposed to the external environment.
